web.wizards.it was just founded in November 2022. Our mission goal is to bring amazing web projects to life and to support our partners and customers by providing sustainable code and artifacts. We follow modern principles of eXtreme programming like SCRUM, agile software development, pair programming, KANBAN Boards as well as constant refactoring to the code to be further optimized.

Daily Standups expand the overall understanding of the code within the team and at the same time accelerate synergy effects between those involved. Regular team events are not only fun and improve the work-life balance, they also have a very positive effect on team bonding and thus on the result of the software we produce.
